- 1/2 dl of soy milk
- 70 grams of rice flour
- 1 level spoon of agar agar
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of aniseed
- 1/2 tablespoon of Menozzi De Rosa 1836 Licorice powder
Pound the anise seeds, pour them into hot milk and let it flavor for a while, preferably overnight in the fridge.
In a saucepan, mix the rice flour, agar agar and brown sugar, pour the cold and filtered soy milk and mix carefully, dissolving any lumps well.
Move to the flame and cook for 10/15 minutes, until it thickens.
Add the licorice powder when it is still hot and mix.
The pudding is ready!
