Panettone Gran Passito - 1kg ALBERTENGO
A speciality born from the union between the sweet and fine Moscato Passito of the Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Belbo and the soft dough of the Panettone Albertengo. Rich with soft sultanas, covered with icing and decorated with almonds.
NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN BAKED CAKE WITH ICING 8%, DECORATED WITH ALMONDS 2%. INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sultanas 18%, egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), Piedmont DOC Moscato Passito wine 4.2%, emulsifiers: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; liqueur wine, grape juice, invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings. INGREDIENTS FOR THE GLAZE AND DECORATING: sugar, almonds, egg white, "IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts" 1.0%, almonds, rice flour. May contain other nuts and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.
