GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on discounted DPD carrier rates that are passed right to the customer. There are some factors that highly influence the cost of shipping: shipment weight, size (or dimensions) of the package, number of packages and destination address.
- Shipment Weight: This includes all items that is being shipped as well as any air pillows or kraft paper inserts that keep the products from shifting inside the box during movement to you. We want to keep your candy safe and unharmed.
- Size (Dimensions) of the package: To ensure that your candy purchase arrives in great condition, we do not overstuff boxes.
- Number of Packages: If you purchase multiple units, it may be likely that you received more than one package delivered to your location. Because we do not like to overstuff the boxes, we’ll add a second box to safetly ship your candy.
- Destination Address: Our candy selection may be shipped from multiple places around the world. The further away from home you go, the more expensive the ticket might be.
Please keep in mind that caramellina.com may require up to 2 additional business days to process your order before the carrier picks up the items.
caramellina.com cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delayed due to unforeseen courier delays such as adverse weather conditions, beyond courier control, or missed at facility - please plan accordingly. caramellina.com offers tracking number for packages for reference use only; this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and caramellina.com does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING (SHIPPING TO WARM LOCATIONS):
Chocolate, gummies, and other confectionery products don't like to sit in heat for long periods of time. During the hot-weather summer period, caramellina.com reserves the right to hold all shipments from being processed from our warehouse on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure that packages do not sit in a non-temperature controlled shipping warehouse over the weekend. If your package is held for this reason, we will have it shipped from the warehouse on the following business day.
REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE:
Any packages refused at the point of delivery will be deemed as “abandoned property”. All refused packages will be returned to buyer at buyer’s additional expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery by any other shipping carriers. If you have any questions regarding why a package was refused for delivery, please contact DPD at 0900-3734663 and have your tracking number handy.

I have no fixed times: how do I know when will it be delivered?
Please fill the notes at the bottom of the order by entering also a mobile number so the courier can contact you: if possible, however, it is better to send the goods to a person more readily available.
How do I know if the goods are being delivered?
We will send you the tracking number once the goods are shipped.
Does the goods run the risk of melting during transport?
Our packaging system allows long transports without deterioration. In the event that you notice anything strange in the products that will arrive to you, please let us know immediately: we will arrange for the collection of the deteriorated goods and the return without additional costs.
