The dough is light and fragrant with cocoa, enriched with chocolate chips whose intensity is balanced by the sweetness of the cream, creating a harmonious flavor without being heavy. The sour cherries add a hint of tartness and freshness in the aftertaste, rounding off and cleansing the palate.
