Our traditional colomba is characterised by extreme softness and fluffiness thanks to the slow rising of the sourdough starter, enriched with candied oranges from our Italian territory, covered with a crunchy icing, sugar grains and California almonds. Candied oranges characterised by a bright orange colour and an intense flavour, given by the characteristic essential oils that bring back our Mediterranean flavours produced in Italy. Almonds from California characterised by their sweet flavour and extremely crunchy texture. Granulated sugar from Italy. All eggs used in our doughs come from free-range eggs.

COLOMBA. NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN-BAKED PRODUCT WITH ICING.
