You will be surprised by the pleasant balance between the crunchiness of the almonds and the crispness of the dough, enriched by the bitterish note of coffee powder and the scent of vanilla and lemon that enhance the taste of the almonds, leaving an intense flavour on the palate.

Moreover, they are made entirely without preservatives, which makes them even more irresistible.

The ingredients of Sbrisoline are personally selected by the creator and chef Licia Cagnoni, who puts her heart into every recipe.
The raw materials come exclusively from selected producers: the local mill for the stone-ground flours, the almonds from Sicily, the butter from the cream of the cows in the Emilian hills and the eggs from the free-range hens of our countryside.
