85% dark chocolate cubotto: an intense and overwhelming bouquet with slightly toasted, peaty nuances. The toasted profile and aromatic intensity of the blends selected, together with the slightly smokey notes that develop during the production and roasting process, are the distinctive features of this blend. It melts slowly, releasing its complex yet delicate cacao aroma with no acidity.
